Returns & Refunds (Yes, You Should Read This)
We’re a small independent shop.
Most of our stuff is made to order, just for you.
That means no warehouses, no piles of spare stock, and no magical undo button.
So here’s how returns work in the real world.
Printed Clothing (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.)
These items are printed after you place your order.
We will fix it if:
Your item arrives damaged
The print is faulty
We sent you the wrong item or size
That’s on us. We’ll sort it.
We will NOT refund or exchange if:
You changed your mind
You ordered the wrong size
You don’t like how it looks on you
It looks different to your screen (screens lie for a living)
You wore it, washed it, “just tried it once”, or took it to the pub
👉 Check the size chart before ordering.
If you’re between sizes, size up. Being slightly oversized is cooler than emailing us later.
Something Actually Wrong?
If there’s a genuine problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
Most of the time we’ll resolve it with a refund or replacement.
Accessories & Other Non-Printed Stuff
For accessories and other items:
Refunds or replacements are only for faulty or damaged items
No returns for change of mind
If a return is agreed, return postage may be your responsibility
We sell things, not temporary personality experiments.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
No, we can’t speed this up by sheer vibes.
Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed or vanishes into the postal abyss, get in touch.
We’ll chase the courier or supplier and deal with it properly.
Shouting at tracking pages rarely helps.
